CNOOC and Petronas Signed a 10-year LNG Supply Agreement
Petronas LNG Ltd has secured a 10 year deal to supply LNG to CNOOC Gas and Power Trading & Marketing Limited.
This agreement involves an annual supply of 2.2 million tons of liquefied natural gas and is linked to the Brent and Alberta Energy Company Index. The transaction is valued at approximately US$7 billion.
