GAS HOG Compressor Description


GAS HOG is a reciprocating low-speed compressor developed by GFI company of Canada, which is specially serve for negative pressure gas recover in low production marginal wells. GFI company is founded in 1996 and located in Linden, northeast Calgary, Alberta, Canada, the company is committed to providing solutions for the production of Low-yield and aging wells, with hundreds of users in North America.
 
Technical overview 1:
  • Reciprocating compressor, low stroke 45 / min, long stroke 48 "(1220 mm).
  • There are three compressor models, correspond to three types of compressing cylinders (6",8 "and 10"), three kinds of discharge pressure, and the maximum discharge pressure is 1.72 MPa.
  • Equipped with a single cylinder, horizontal, air-cooled double action; compression ratio up to 7.0.
  • The driver can be equipped with 60hp gas engine or motor, with rated speed of 1800rpm and output power of 60hp; the compressor can be driven by belt, and the available compression power is 45hp.
  • Medical grade muffler, 50dba at 50m.
  • The maximum separation capacity is 60m3 / d.
