In 2014, Jerrywon signed a memorandum of cooperation with SNUBCO company to establish a joint venture company to share all equipment and technology of snubbing projects, and jointly promote the development of snubbing in China. To provide Chinese customers with technical training service on pressure operation, drilling under pressure, freeze plugging and gate valve milling operation, as well as manufacturing and sales of snubbing operation equipment, pressurized drilling / gate valve milling equipment, freeze plugging equipment and analog computer.
