In 2013, our company imported an S-9(170K) hydraulic assist snubbing unit with working pressure of 35MPa, from Snubco, a Canadian company. In 2014, we then introduced an S-9(225K) independent snubbing unit with working pressure of 70MPa. Both of them are configured with domestic first-class level equipment which can meet the needs of most domestic high-pressure oil and gas wells, and they could also be completed lifting or lowering tubing, milling, drilling packer-bridge, completion and cooperated with fracturing production and other work.
 
Technical characteristics and advantages

With the world advanced equipment (two sets of S-9 snubbing unit), it has high reliability and safety performance.
Mainframe using optimization design leads the equipment appearing more compact, lowing the overall height.
S-9(170K) has the characteristics of strong mobility and flexibility, with which it can be can be introduced into the construction site at any time.
S-9(225K) independent snubbing unit has strong lifting ability, the maximum lift capacity could up to 102t, the rated working pressure is 70MPa, 27/8〞drill pipe can be drilling depth of 4500m, it can meet most of the domestic high pressure oil and gas well requirements.
With the function of real-time, dynamic display and data acquisition about slip, BOP, coupling and other parts, it reduces the dependence on operator experience and improves work efficiency, ensuring the safety of operation.
It has wide application, the suitable size is range from 25.4mm to 139.7mm, which can meet the requirements of different tubing string size of oil and gas well.
