Foam drainage gas recovery refers to injecting foaming agent from wellhead to bottom hole, with the agitation of natural air flow, then liquid contact with the foaming agent at the bottom, producing large amount of low-density aqueous foam, liquid will be carried out by gas flow from bottom to the ground, so as to achieve the goal of discharge liquid accumulated in wellbore. We can design injection method, injection cycle and dosage for normal gas production by foam drainage gas recovery based on the specific condition of the gas well.
Main equipment and its parameters
Our company has three types of agent injection pump: 2JM-ZCH/400/32 diaphragm injection pump(3 sets), TMZC-2JM-400/32 plunger type injection pump(4 sets),3DY-600/40 plunger type injection pump(4 sets), injecting pumps meet the following parameters:
The displacement of agent injection pump is less than or equal to 400L/H, it can be achieved no level adjustment, the maximum working pressure is 40MPa, suction pressure is atmospheric pressure, the measuring accuracy: ±0.5%;
Safety valve set pressure: 30MPa, outlet equipped with anti-shock pressure gauge, measurement range is 40MPa, the accuracy is better than 1.5;
Chemical storage tanks used atmospheric pressure, tanks link to the ground and equipped with breathing valve;
The volume of tank: 1.5m3、2m3；
